1. What information does the app collect?
You can visit the app without telling us who you are or revealing any information by which someone could identify you as a specific, identifiable individual. If, however, you wish to use some of the app features, you will be asked to provide certain Personal Information (for example, your name and e-mail address). We receive and store any information you knowingly provide to us when you create an account, or fill any online forms on the app. When required, this information may include the following:

1. Personal details such as name, country of residence, location, phone no, medical history etc.

2. Contact information such as email address, address, etc.

3. Account details such as user name, unique user ID, password, etc. You can choose not to provide us with your Personal Information, but then you may not be able to take advantage of some of the app features. Users who are uncertain about what information is mandatory are welcome to contact us.

2. What information can you send?
When using the contact/feedback' feature included in apps settings, you may send any technical information about your phone's setup to the support team to help get the App installed in case of any difficulty during setup. Once the App is up and running nothing other information may be requested to be sent. Even though the information received does not contain private or personal data, it is treated the same way: forever undisclosed.

3. Automatically Collected Data
Our servers may automatically collect data about your Internet address when you visit us. This information, known as an Internet Protocol address, or IP Address, is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer by your Internet service provider whenever you are on the Internet.

4. Analytics Collection
App uses Google Analytics to help us anonymously track and report user/visitor behavior information and users’ standard log information to the Site and the App. This information (including but not limited to: IP address, data storage, maintenance services, database management, web analytics and information processing) helps us analyze and evaluate how the App and Site are used as part of our ongoing efforts to improve the app and App’s features and services. No personally identifying data is included in this type of reporting.

5. Changes to Policy
From time to time, we may revise this Policy. We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy, or any other of our policies or practices, at any time with or without notice. We will post the revised Policy on the App, so that users can always be aware of what information we collect, how the information is used and under what circumstances such information may be disclosed. You agree to review the Policy periodically so that you are aware of any modifications. Your continued use of the Site indicates your assent to any changes and signifies your agreement to the terms of our Policy.
