7. Online Store Terms

8. Cancellation and Refund policy

The customer will have 50% of the amount returned if the cancellation of the package is done upto 24 hours before the scheduled visit of the doctor to the patients location/ site. No amount will be refunded if the cancellation or amendment of the package booking is made less than 24 hours before the appointment time.
